These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyLifeVault (the "Service"), operated by VantageFlow Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyLifeVault is a personal finance platform that helps you track expenses, savings, investments, liabilities, and related financial records that you choose to provide. MyLifeVault is currently in a private, invite-only beta: access is limited to specific email addresses, and features, availability, and these Terms may change as the product evolves.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may register with an email address and password, or by using "Continue with Google," which authenticates you via your Google account without ever sharing your Google password with us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Certain features may require an active subscription. Where billing is introduced, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and will supplement these Terms. Amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of the financial data you upload or enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. MyLifeVault is a record-keeping and organization tool — it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and identity providers, including Google Cloud (hosting), Google Identity Services ("Continue with Google"), and a managed PostgreSQL database provider. Your use of "Continue with Google" is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of secrets, least-privilege access controls, and provider-verified authentication. A dedicated Privacy Policy describing what data we collect and how it is used will be published as the Service moves out of private beta.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantageFlow Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the Service moves from private beta toward general availability. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
